Shipping and Insurance
Jaggards is proud to work with trusted delivery partners who strive to ensure that your order is handled with care.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout and is determined by the total weight of your order.
The minimum shipping charge is $30 per order but will increase based on the total weight of your order. We calculate the shipping cost based on the product weight x $ shipping charge listed below.
An example:
- 5kg silver cast bar = $30 shipping
- 10kg silver cast bar = $39.00 shipping and delivery
The only instance when this will vary is when your order total is greater than $50,000, in which we will issue a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Method
We organise parcel delivery predominantly via TNT & Startrack, on occasion, we may also use Australia Post. All parcels are express posted to your delivery address, with expected delivery timeframes of 1 – 3 business days.
Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery as a signature will be required to accept the goods. If you are unable to accept delivery, you may incur additional redelivery fees at your expense.
Parcel Insurance
All Jaggards online orders are covered and backed by our insurance policy. Rest assured when you purchase from Jaggards your order is fully insured for loss from the moment of dispatch to delivery.
Please note that the redelivery of parcels is not covered by insurance, so ensure that you are available to accept your delivery on the first instance.
Packaging
We take exceptional care when packing your items and use several layers of protective packaging to ensure minimal movement during transportation. All packages are shipped in courier satchels to maintain discretion whilst in transit.
In accordance with our policy, your order will be packaged to meet the guidelines:
- Maximum of 22kg per parcel
- Maximum value of $50,000 per parcel.
If the order exceeds the limit above, we will package your order in multiple parcels.
Parcel Tracking
All orders placed with Jaggards are tracked from the moment we receive your order confirmation. You can monitor your orders progress within your account and receive notifications regarding different stages of the journey.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will issue you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the movement and expected delivery of your parcel.
Orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving the confirmed payment. Parcels can take between 1 – 3 business days to arrive and will require a signature upon delivery.
