Shipping Method & Delivery Timeframe
We partner with TGE (Team Global Express), a priority overnight service, to deliver your parcels quickly and efficiently.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- For New Customers: As part of our fraud prevention measures, we take 3 business days to verify the order origins and confirm that you have placed the order and authorised the payment method. This step ensures the security of your transaction.
- Once dispatched, parcels typically arrive within 3 business days, depending on your location.
- The total delivery timeframe, from order placement to receipt, is usually 4 to 7 business days.
Signature Required:
Please ensure you’re available to accept delivery, as a signature is required. If you’re unavailable, additional redelivery fees may apply.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your location.
Parcel Insurance
Jaggards offers insurance on eligible orders from dispatch through to delivery.
- Standard freight and insurance, as quoted at checkout, covers parcels up to $50,000 in value.
- Orders that exceed $50,000 fall outside the insurable limit of our normal freight option and cannot be fully covered under standard shipping.

Please note: Redelivery of parcels is not covered by insurance. To avoid additional fees and risk, please ensure someone is available to accept delivery on the first attempt.
Packaging
We take exceptional care to ensure your items arrive safely.
Protective Packaging:
Your order is packed with multiple layers of protective materials to minimise movement during transit. All packages are shipped in discreet courier satchels.
Parcel Guidelines:
- Maximum weight per parcel: 22kg
- Maximum value per parcel: $50,000
If your order exceeds these limits, it will be split into multiple parcels.

- All orders are tracked from the moment we receive your confirmation.
- You can monitor your order’s progress in your account and receive notifications at key stages.
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s movement and estimated delivery time.
