Every Jaggards order travels by priority courier, packed discreetly, tracked from the moment we receive it and insured against loss or damage. Insurance is built into the shipping fee quoted at checkout, so there is nothing extra to buy.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping fee is a blended rate covering both delivery and insurance of your parcel. Rates are live and quoted at checkout, calculated from your delivery location, the total weight of your order and its value.

Your Shipping Options

The carriers available to you depend on the value of your order. Checkout shows only the options your order qualifies for.

• Up to $10,000: choose Australia Post Express or TGE Overnight Express.
• $10,001 to $49,999: TGE Overnight Express.
• $50,000 and above, where every individual item is $49,999 or less: TGE Overnight Express, shipped in multiple lots. Your order exceeds the maximum insurable parcel value, so we split it across parcels that each sit within the limit. Every parcel is insured to the same standard.
• Any order containing a single item above $49,999: this needs a custom shipping quote. You can contact our team before ordering, or place your order now and we will send a quote once it is confirmed. Automated booking is not available for these orders.

Delivery Timeframes

• Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation.
• New customers: we use those 3 business days to verify the order and confirm you authorised the payment. It is a fraud prevention step that protects your money as much as ours.
• Once dispatched, parcels usually arrive within 1 –  3 business days, depending on your location.
• From order to doorstep, allow 4 to 7 business days.

Bank transfer orders require funds to clear, so add 24 hours to the above timeframes for this payment method.

Signature on Delivery

TGE Priority Express is a courier mail service that is a hand-to-hand delivery. Your parcel must be signed for by someone at the delivery address, so please make sure you are home on the delivery day.

Insurance covers your parcel while it is in the courier’s hands. If nobody is available to sign, the parcel is carded and taken to a depot or collection. If you know you will be out, contact us before dispatch and we will hold the order. Redelivery fees may also apply.

Parcel Insurance

Your parcel is insured against loss or damage from dispatch until it is signed for at your address.

• Cover applies up to $50,000 per parcel, the maximum insurable parcel value.
• Orders above that figure are split into multiple insured parcels, or quoted individually where a single item exceeds $49,999.

Packaging

Orders ship in kraft packaging as standard. We use multiple layers of protective material to stop movement in transit, inside a plain courier satchel with nothing on the outside to identify the contents.

At checkout you can upgrade to Jaggards Premium Packaging for $5.00, a presentation finish worth choosing for a gift or for your own collection. It includes one large Jaggards branded gift box with a magnetic flip top lid.

Parcel limits:

• Maximum weight per parcel: 22kg
• Maximum value per parcel: $50,000

Orders beyond either limit are split across multiple parcels.

Track Your Order

Every order is tracked from confirmation to delivery. Sign in and open My Account, Orders to see your estimated delivery date, current delivery status and, where the carrier provides it, your parcel’s location. You also receive a tracking number and link by email on dispatch.

International Deliveries

International orders are quoted individually, so contact us before ordering, and we will quote the freight and insurance to your address.
