How do I purchase this bar online?

Shopping online with Jaggards is easy and convenient. Simply browse our selection and add the items to your cart. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout page where you can log in to your existing account or create a new one.

Next, confirm your contact details, including your postal and billing addresses, and proceed. At this point, you may be prompted to complete KYC verification. This will be automatically triggered based on the following thresholds:

For SMSF, Company, and Trust Accounts: KYC verification is required to finalise your first purchase.
For Individual Accounts: KYC verification is required once your cumulative spending reaches $5,000.

KYC verification needs to be completed only once. After that, you can shop and spend without any limits.

There are several reasons why opting for secondary market options over mint issues might be advantageous:

Lower Premiums: Secondary market products often come at reduced premiums compared to new items, offering cost-effective choices for buyers.
Scarce and Unique Finds: Some secondary market finds are unique and scarce, such as discontinued designs from institutions like Westpac Banking Corporation, older designs from Perth Mint, or ABC bullion bars.

In essence, gold is gold, so acquiring the same item for a slightly lower cost is a definite advantage. However, some buyers prefer the assurance and pristine condition of mint issues, which is why we cater to all preferences.

What are your payment options?

Jaggards Payment Options

Online Payments:

Credit or Debit Card: Accepted online with a 1.75% surcharge. International cards are not accepted. Payments are processed instantly.
Pre-Authorisation Bank Transfer: No transaction fee. A 5% pre-authorisation hold is placed on your card to confirm your order. You then complete the full payment via bank transfer within 24 hours. The hold is released once payment is received. If payment is not made, Jaggards’ market loss policy may apply.

In-Store Payments:

Cash (AUD): Accepted for in-store purchases up to $10,000.
Credit Card: Accepted in-store with a 0.5% surcharge.
EFTPOS (Savings Account): Accepted with no surcharge.
Bank Transfer: Accepted for larger in-store purchases. Funds must clear before your order is released, which may take up to 24 hours for new customers.

Important Notes:

Orders are only released once payment has been received and cleared.
You’ll receive email confirmation once your payment is processed.
You’ll be notified when your order is ready for collection or dispatch.
