Jaggards Christmas & New Year Trading Update 2025 – 2026

As the festive season approaches, we would like to thank all our customers for another wonderful year. Whether you have chosen Jaggards for Christmas gifting, special celebrations, or precious metal investments, your continued support throughout 2025 is appreciated.

To help you plan ahead, we have outlined our trading, dispatch, and fulfilment schedule for the holiday period below.

Important Notes

• Orders placed on or before 18 December 2025 will be dispatched before Christmas, provided the items are in stock, and full payment has cleared. To avoid any disappointment, we recommend planning your purchase well ahead of this date.
  
• Orders placed after 18 December 2025 will continue to be accepted online; however, delivery services will not resume until the office reopens on 5 January 2026.
  
• In-store collection for online orders will be available up until our final day on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, subject to order clearance and availability.
  
• For new customers placing online orders via credit card with a total value above $2,500, payment is subject to a mandatory 3 business day clearance period, commencing from the date the order is received. Orders must completely clear this period before the final dispatch cut-off to be eligible for pre-Christmas shipping.

We encourage all customers to factor processing and clearance timeframes into their purchasing plans to ensure their orders are dispatched before the holiday closure.
